Traditionally, Yoga and Ayurveda went hand in hand.  One was not understood, nor taught, without the other.  Ayurveda, or the science of life is the ancient yogic medicine that acknowledged individual differences, imbalances, and treatments. Ayurveda is based on living in sync. When you synchronize your bodily rhythms to nature’s clock, your physiology harmonizes and you experience balance, ease and flow. When you live against nature’s body clock, you experience stress, rapid aging and dis-ease. For the Yoga Teacher or serious student, an understanding of Ayurveda is part of a complete yoga practice.


In this workshop you will learn practical tools to support your health and wellness both on and off the your mat. We will discuss the impact of small changes made in our daily routine’s that over time create real lasting improvement. You will learn essential daily habits to help you thrive now and age gracefully. Take not only your asana practice, but your health and life to a whole new level of vibrancy and depth.
