Our physical environment affects the major aspects of our life ~ career, health, wellbeing and relationships.  In this workshop, we will delve into how to create a living environment that nurtures balance and abundance in our lives.
We will explore ~
Creating a space that encourages consistency in our personal yoga and meditation practice
Designing an altar to help manifest our intentions
How to use herbs and crystals to bring harmony into our home
The ways to incorporate the basics of Feng Shui in a simple and accessible way 
Effective energy clearing or "cleansing" techniques for our living space
We will learn the simple shifts we can make within the spaces we inhabit to encourage self-care and living in a more harmonious way
