Practicing yoga on a stand up paddle board brings a whole new perspective to being fully present in your yoga postures.  This workshop is a unique yoga class that incorporates poses from a standard flow with adaptations to meet the challenge of an unstable surface.  Prepare to fire up your core to stay on your board and remember falling in is half the fun.  Join us on the East End Beach for this very popular class.  

All rental equipment is included (paddleboard, paddle, anchor & PFD). Please bring a bathing suit, towel and change of clothes.
